Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday between 9AM and 6PM Eastern Standard Time. Each designer or brand will ship your product from their respective showrooms or studios directly to your doorstep. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination of your chosen items. Prices displayed on the website are not inclusive of shipping or tax.
All of our garments are made-to-order, therefore, returns or exchanges will not be offered. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have questions regarding any products. Please take the “no refund policy” into consideration before you buy.
We will, however, replace any damaged, defective or incorrect items immediately. If you were sent the wrong item or the item arrives damaged or defective please email us with your order number in the subject line to submit your return request. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will assess your complaint and either arrange for a repair or order a replacement. We will provide you with a return shipping label, however, you are responsible for repackaging and shipping the item on time.
