How To Shop
PLACING AN ORDER:
Browse our product categories by using the Saris, Lehengas, Churidars and Gowns links to help you find what you’re looking for. You can also search by Designer.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on the Add to Shopping Bag button underneath each item.
Click on Proceed to Purchase to complete your order.
All items must be paid in full at time of purchase.
PROVIDING YOUR MEASUREMENTS:
All merchandize on our site is sold on a “made-to-order” basis, therefore, you will be required to provide accurate measurements.
Once you have made your purchase, select the ‘measurement form’ link located under the ‘Measurement’ tab on the product page of the item you purchased. The form allows you to enter your measurements online and send it to us in one seamless step.
Once your measurements are received and payment has been processed you will receive a Purchase Agreement via email. The Purchase Agreement will contain all the details of your order. Once you review, sign and email us the Agreement your order will go into production.
Please be aware that you should expect a delay of approximately 3-5 months between the date you place your order and the date the item is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery time will be indicated to you clearly at the time of order placement, therefore, please take this into consideration when placing your order.
MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
Any changes to the style, color and measurements of your order must be detailed in the area indicated on the Purchase Agreement. Once the Purchase Agreement has been sent back to us and the order goes into production, it cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. Should you wish to cancel your order after you receive the Purchase Agreement please notify us of your cancellation by email at orders@couturerani.com. You do NOT have to email us the Purchase Agreement if you are canceling your order. All orders cancelled at this stage will be refunded in full.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
All of the merchandize on our site can be modified in regards to style, color, and size. However, our designers reserve the right to determine if your request can be accepted given the construction of the garment, fabric availability, etc.

ALTERATIONS:
Presently, Couture Rani does not provide alterations, although this is a service we are hoping to provide in the near future. In the meantime, please contact us at orders@couturerani.com to help you find an alteration location near you.
SHIPPING:
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders. Please note that this is a promotional offer and is subject to change. For delivery to any destination outside the United States no taxes or duties will be charged by us. As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
