As one of the most prominent Indian Americans working in fashion, Roopal Patel has long been a role model and inspiration. Although, she may not be as well known outside fashion circles, she has held some of the most coveted and high profile jobs in the industry, including Senior Fashion Director at Bergdorf Goodman, Senior Market Editor at Neiman Marcus as well as roles at luxury e-taliers Moda Operandi and Farfetch.com. Her deep industry knowledge and expertise led Roopal to her current role, the founder of her own fashion consulting firm. Having spent most of her career looking for the next big trend and scouting new designers and talent, we couldn’t wait to see what Roopal has her eye on for this holiday season. Take a look below!
Custom Almond Surfboard
I have been learning how to surf for the past two years and finally feel that I am ready for my own board! I would love to order a custom board from Almond Surfboards in this shibori pattern!
Jumpsuit by Roksanda Ilincic
I think Roksanda’s jumpsuit for evening is such a chic alternative to the little cocktail dress. The folds and pleats give it a sculptural element. I love this as my go-to piece for all of the holiday parties I have to attend this season. Just put it on and go!
VMT Zipper Cuff
I love the zipper detail on this cuff. I have a collection of cuffs and can’t wait to get my hands on VMT’s zipper cuff.
Repossi Serti sur Vide Ring
I really love the architectural element in this Repossi ring design. Something about the balance between the stacked lines and diamonds feels timeless to me.
Master & Dynamic Headphones
These are going to come in so handy on every trip I take for business or pleasure. Love the sleek design!
Who does not love a polaroid! The instant digital version will come in handy during my travels!
Tata Harper Skincare
I can never have enough Tata Harper in my life. From the moisturizer to the vitamin nutrients for the face, Tata’s products are always on my list to give as a gift and receive as well. 🙂
